Meet the Doctor
Dr. Gloster has been practicing Optometry for almost 15 years. As an Optometrist, she specializes in evaluations, treatment, and management of diseases, disorders, and injuries of the eye.
2024 was a unique year as Dr. Gloster was diagnosed with both Systemic Lupus and Breast Cancer a month apart. Although it has been difficult to manage chemotherapy treatments, surgeries, both practices, being a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, she has been able to see God's light during this journey.
But despite the difficulty, it has helped her to become a better provider and healthcare advocate for her patients.
She loves Optometry because it's not just about helping her patients to see better, but it's also about educating them on the importance of taking care of their bodies as a whole.
She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in 2005 from Miles College in Fairfield, Alabama. And received her Doctorate in Optometry from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Optometry in 2010.
In her spare time, Dr. Gloster enjoys spending time with her family, baking, traveling, mentoring young optometrist,
and volunteering at her church and in the community.
